A little about meβI often put the same song on repeat for hours when I want to get into flow.
In college, I founded the campus music magazine and blog, Waves, which helped me realize how much I love building new things with great people.
Fast forward a few years, I felt compelled to create the meditation community, Innerglow, after seeing a great deal of frustration and unease among family and friends in response to lifeβs transitions and challenges.
One thing my meditation practice helped me understand is that our value extends beyond the external sources we often look to for validation. We’re much more than our houses, cars, titles and bank accountants. I wanted to help people feel empowered and well by connecting deeper with themselves.

Innerglow grew into a community of thousands of purpose driven individuals that gathered regularly to deepen their meditation practice, connect on meaningful topics, and share different forms of self-expression.
Through my wellness practices, building a business and connecting dots from childhood, I gained access to parts of my self I didn’t know existed. This broadened my awareness of past trauma and patterns that needed my love and attention.
I’ve since founded creator community, The Peoples, and coach leaders who want to connect deeper with themselves, so they can let go of their perceived limits, feel more fulfilled and create greater value.
